WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Ensure that all the forms are filled out prior to your appointment (you can find them in the New Client Forms page). Your appointment will consist of going over your medical history and connecting that with your current complaint. Afterwards, I will e-mail you your treatment plan that will consist of any herbs/natural medicines that you can choose to take.
